Delivery & Returns

Different delivery conditions apply to different products, so please see below. If the goods are out of stock or there is a delay in delivery the Customer will be informed and given the option of cancelling the order without penalty or may be offered an alternative. We offer choice of delivery date but cannot guarantee times. If you would like a timed delivery please contact us and we can arrange this (there is a surcharge involved in this process). If the Customer fails to provide the correct details of the address or is not in to take the delivery a penalty may be incurred in order to redeliver the goods.

We must be able to manoeuvre the goods into a suitable position (ideally a garage). If there are steps or anything similar we should know about, please get in touch prior to placing your order.

On bulky items, the driver will have an aid to assist moving the goods. The driver is not insured to enter the property but within reason, if access is good they will help wherever possible to get goods where you want them. On very bulky items, having an able-body on site to assist will help hugely. Please check all deliveries before the driver leaves to ensure correct goods have been removed from the van, some items do look similar to other but are all named externally on the packaging.

Time Slots
Delivery time slots can be obtained from the courier. They are usually sent to us (and then to you), the evening before delivery. Occasionally the times don't get planned until very earlier the morning of delivery. The driver of your delivery also makes contact with you before arrival. The courier deliver between 08:00 and 19:00 typically. However, if there is road traffic problems and they go beyond this time, they may make contact to see if they can deliver later (subject to light and weather etc).


Laminate is delivered by our postcode service. Larger orders are delivered by a pallet network and a day of choice can be selected.


We deliver carpets to specific postcodes on specific days. A list of these postcodes can be seen at the bottom of this page. If you require an alternative day, this can be arranged but may incur extra cost.

Varies by brand, please see product pages to be sure. Quickstep will come directly from the manufacturer and a day can be selected. Others differ.

We use 3rd parties for our deliveries, if a delivery fails on a particular day, we will arrange the next available delivery day based on postcodes, we are not obliged to guarantee a date due to the fact that unforeseen circumstances occasionally happen.
