Different delivery conditions apply to different products, the delivery terms are explained in the description of the goods. If the goods are out of stock or there is a delay in delivery the Customer will be informed and given the option of cancelling the order without penalty or may be offered an alternative. We offer choice of delivery date but cannot guarantee times. If you would like a timed delivery please contact us and we can arrange this (there is a surcharge involved in this process). If the Customer fails to provide the correct details of the address or is not in to take the delivery a penalty may be incurred in order to redeliver the goods.
We use 3rd parties for our deliveries, if a delivery fails on a particular day, we will arrange the next available delivery day based on postcodes, we are not obliged to guarantee a date due to the fact that unforseen circumstances accasionally happen.
